Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department visited and presented gifts to policy families in Tam Diep city

On the morning of August 29, on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2023) and National Day September 2 (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2023), Comrade Bui Mai Hoa, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department visited and presented gifts to representatives of policy families in Yen Son commune (Tam Diep city).

Also attending were leaders of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, leaders of Tam Diep city, and Yen Son commune government.

The delegation visited the family of Mr. Nguyen Thanh Lung, born in 1953, Vinh Khuong village, Yen Son commune, 22% disabled. Mr. Lung has 5 daughters, is married and lives on his own. He is old and weak, his wife has been paralyzed for many years. Mr. Lung and his wife live on the preferential allowance of disabled soldiers and monthly social security benefits.

At Mr. Nguyen Thanh Lung's family, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department Bui Mai Hoa expressed gratitude for the sacrifices and contributions of the war invalids and their families in the struggle for national liberation and reunification, contributing to national independence and the socio -economic development of the locality in recent years.

The Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department kindly asked about the health and daily life of Mr. Lung's family, hoping that the family would continue to promote the revolutionary tradition, overcome difficulties to maintain health, and build a happy family.

He also suggested that local Party committees and authorities continue to care for policy families in the area with practical actions, demonstrating the nation's good morality and tradition of "When drinking water, remember its source".

On this occasion, the Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department presented gifts from the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department to the family of war invalid Nguyen Thanh Lung, wishing him and his family to overcome illness, have a stable life, and continue to live happily and healthily.
