Provincial Social Insurance: Propagating and disseminating new regulations of the Law on Social Insurance and Health Insurance

On May 6, the provincial Social Insurance (SSI) organized a conference to disseminate some new points of the Law on Social Insurance and Health Insurance (HI) and guide the collection tasks in 2025 for collection agents in Hoa Thanh town.

Ms. Tran Truc Phuong, Head of the Provincial Social Insurance Communications Department, disseminated and popularized new regulations on social pension benefits for the elderly without monthly pensions and social insurance benefits.

At the conference, Ms. Tran Truc Phuong, Head of the Provincial Social Insurance Communication Department, disseminated the basic contents of the Law on Social Insurance and Health Insurance, which will take effect from July 1, 2025, such as: expanding the subjects participating in compulsory social insurance to business owners; non-professional workers at the commune, village, and residential group levels; part-time workers; business managers, and cooperative managers who do not receive salaries.
