On May 12, 2025, the Ministry of Finance issued Decision 1733/QD-BTC amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decision 391/QD-BTC dated February 26, 2025 of the Minister of Finance stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of Vietnam Social Security (VSS).
Previously, the Social Insurance announced 35 regional Social Insurance agencies with headquarters and management areas of the regional Social Insurance agencies. However, with the arrangement of provinces and cities, Vietnam Social Insurance has announced again the following regional Social Insurance agencies from May 12:
