On May 22, in Tan Nhuan Dong commune, Chau Thanh district, Dong Thap province, the inauguration ceremony of Cau Ngang Rach Cau Lon took place. The bridge is 24m long, 3.7m wide, consists of 3 spans with reinforced concrete structure, load capacity of 2.5 tons. Construction started in 3 months, with a total investment of 553 million VND.

Of which, through the Ho Chi Minh City Law Newspaper, the Ho Chi Minh City Journalists Association, the Southern Representative Office of the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development sponsored 197 million VND, the rest was contributed by the locality and other mobilizations.
The completed bridge will create favorable conditions for people to travel conveniently and safely. This will facilitate transportation, communication, and exchange of goods, contributing to promoting economic development in the area.
