Arrested 2 Chinese people, investigating the case of violating the tomb of King Le Tuc Tong

Two Chinese suspects have been arrested by the police to investigate the act of violating the tomb of King Le Tuc Tong in Kien Tho commune (Ngoc Lac district, Thanh Hoa).

On May 7, information from the Thanh Hoa Center for Historical Research and Cultural Heritage Conservation said that Thanh Hoa Provincial Police are investigating and clarifying the case of King Le Tuc Tong's tomb, part of the Lam Kinh special national relic complex, being violated by bad guys.

Previously, on the evening of May 3, officers from the Thanh Hoa Center for Historical Research and Cultural Heritage Conservation discovered signs of vandalism at King Le Tuc Tong's tomb.

At the tomb, a mobile phone with Chinese characters installed, some identification papers of a Chinese national and a tattoo stick (an iron tool used to tattoo and search for underground artifacts) were discovered.

The information was then reported and provided to Thanh Hoa Provincial Police by the Thanh Hoa Center for Historical Research and Cultural Heritage Conservation.

The suspects were arrested.

Thanh Hoa Provincial Police later informed Quang Ninh Provincial Police that two suspects who violated the tomb of King Le Tuc Tong were on the run to China.

At around 2:15 p.m. on May 4, the Criminal Police Department of Quang Ninh Province Police arrested two suspects, Deng Zhui (41 years old, passport number EN7117797) and Shen JiangYang (43 years old, passport number EK0544073). Both suspects reside in Guangxi Province (China).

The suspects were handed over by Quang Ninh Provincial Police to Thanh Hoa Provincial Police for investigation. Initially, the police determined that the suspects had committed acts of "violating corpses, graves, and remains", specifically the tomb of King Le Tuc Tong.

King Le Tuc Tong (1488 - 1505) real name is Le Thuan, the third son of King Le Hien Tong, was intelligent and filial so he was made crown prince.

In July 1504, after King Le Hien Tong passed away, Le Thuan ascended the throne and took the reign name Thai Trinh. In 1505, after his death, King Le Tuc Tong's coffin was brought back to Lam Kinh and buried in Kinh Lang, in Kien Tho commune (Ngoc Lac district, Thanh Hoa).

According to Dai Viet Su Ky Toan Thu , King Le Tuc Tong was close to the wise, loved good things and was a good king who kept the country peaceful.
