On the morning of November 6, many groups in An Giang province continuously spread images of a 3-year-old girl with many bruises on her body, a swollen face, and teeth marks on her back.
Through the reporter's investigation, Ms. X. (in Tay Yen commune, An Giang province), the girl's mother, was the one who posted the above images on social media.

According to Ms. X's post, on the afternoon of November 4, she sent her daughter to Tay Yen Kindergarten (Thu Nhut Hamlet, Tay Yen Commune). At 1 p.m. the same day, when she picked her up, she discovered that her daughter had many wounds on her body, along with red marks that looked like bite marks.
Talking to reporters, Ms. X. said her family is working with the commune police.
Regarding the incident, Mr. Huynh Van Dan - Chairman of Tay Yen Commune People's Committee, confirmed that the incident occurred in the commune. According to this chairman, the girl was likely "physically impacted" by her classmates.

Mr. Dan said that the school and the girl's parents had taken her for a medical check-up. The local authorities had directed relevant agencies to clarify the matter and had the childcare teacher write a report on the incident.
“We have invited the parents of the children involved to a meeting to reconcile and find a suitable solution. Once we have the results, we will provide more information about the case,” Mr. Dan said.
