Closing Ceremony of the Intensive Professional Training Course on Inspection and Supervision Work in 2025

Authorized by the Central Inspection Committee , Comrade Le Minh Ngan - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Vinh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee Inspection Committee awarded certificates to the students at the Closing Ceremony.

In the new context, especially the implementation of the two-level local government model, it is required that the work of inspection, supervision and party discipline shift its focus to regular supervision, aiming to warn, alert, deter and prevent violations against party organizations and cadres and party members; at the same time, help to replicate good examples.

After 5 days of studying with a serious and responsible spirit, with 9 specialized topics on the Party's inspection and supervision work directly conveyed by the leaders of the Department of Localities II, the Department of Research and Vocational Training, the Office, and the Central Inspection Commission, the comrades have a more complete understanding of the role and importance of the Party's inspection and supervision work; contributing to consolidating and improving skills in the process of performing professional activities in the Party's inspection, supervision and discipline enforcement work, creating a premise to improve the effectiveness and quality of performing assigned tasks of each trainee at the grassroots, locality, and unit.

At the end of the training course for 216 trainees, 100% of the trainees were qualified full-time inspectors for the Central Inspection Commission to issue a Certificate of Completion.

Speaking at the Closing Ceremony, Comrade Le Minh Ngan - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee respectfully thanked the Central Inspection Committee for its attention and coordination in organizing the Intensive Professional Training Course on Party Inspection and Supervision Work in 2025 in Lai Chau province. This is an important and timely activity right after the implementation of the apparatus arrangement of the political system.

The Provincial Party Secretary requested the trainees to make the most of the knowledge and experience they have acquired, regularly self-study, research, and improve their professional knowledge; practice their mettle, confidence, and steadfastness, and better perform their assigned tasks. Continue to promote propaganda and dissemination of the policies, resolutions, and regulations of the Central and the province on inspection, supervision, and party discipline enforcement. Continue to strongly innovate the thinking, methods, and ways of organizing inspection and supervision work; promote exemplary character, integrity, determination, and objectivity in performing tasks; uphold the sense of responsibility, maintain internal solidarity, and ensure the principles and procedures of the Party; resolutely and strictly handle violations. Comprehensively perform inspection and supervision tasks according to the provisions of the Party Charter, the control and declaration of assets, income, and tasks assigned by the Party Committee. Strengthen coordination between the Party's inspection and supervision with the State's inspection, investigation, prosecution, and trial; Promote the role of supervision and social criticism of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and organizations, the role of the media and press in the inspection and supervision work of the Party. Pay attention to building the Inspection Committee and the Inspection Committee agencies at all levels to meet the requirements of new tasks, streamline the apparatus along with restructuring the inspection staff at all levels to ensure adequate qualities, capacity and equal to the tasks. At the same time, continue to do well the work of training, fostering, rotating and using the Party inspection staff according to regulations.

The Provincial Party Secretary believes that after the course, each student will become an active core in inspection and supervision work at the Party Committee level; making an important contribution to improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization, building an increasingly clean, strong and comprehensive Provincial Party Committee.
