This is a music event to honor and spread the artistic values of Vietnamese music, and at the same time, it is an opportunity to connect, share and learn from the experiences in the professional activities of musicians, artists and music lovers across the country.
According to People's Artist Nguyen Quang Vinh, Director of the Youth Music Center of the Vietnam Musicians' Association and Chairman of the Festival's Art Council, the difference of this Festival is that the audience gets to enjoy an impressive symphony concert by artists from China in collaboration with artists from the Ho Chi Minh City Opera and Ballet Theater.
With 186 works in 7 performances, the festival created a vibrant, diverse and extremely rich artistic picture.

People's Artist Nguyen Quang Vinh said that the festival featured many topical musical products, promptly responding to important political events in 2025.
Many products are of very high quality, have breakthroughs, boldly change the familiar appearances to create pictures with new emotions, creating new moves in music.
“However, the festival still has propaganda paintings in which music sometimes becomes the victim of being forced to follow along to serve the lyrics,” commented People's Artist Nguyen Quang Vinh.
As a result, regarding the works, the Organizing Committee decided to award 15 works that won A prizes, 41 works that won B prizes. The Organizing Committee also awarded 14 Gold Medals and 18 Silver Medals to individuals.

In addition, the Organizing Committee also awarded the Promising Singer award to singer Tran Gia Hung (Hanoi) with the work "The Stars Never Go Out" (music: Tran Gia Cuong; poetry: Tran The Tuyen); and the Impressive Performance award to singer Khanh Ly (Hanoi) with the work "With the Party's light, our steps are steady" (author: Ta Duy Tuan).
