Also attending the reception were Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Trong Hai; Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Bui Thanh An; Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Nam Dinh; and leaders of departments, branches and sectors.
The delegation of Kaluga province was headed by Mr. Vladislav Valerievich Shapsha - Governor of Kaluga province; along with members of the delegation of Kaluga province. Accompanying the delegation was Ms. Thai Huong - founder, Chairwoman of the Strategy Council of TH Group .
Affirming that Nghe An province is pleased to welcome the Governor of Kaluga province and members of the working delegation to visit and work, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Khac Than wished the Governor of Kaluga province and members of the working delegation good health and a successful working trip.
Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Khac Than emphasized that the former Soviet Union and the Russian Federation today are close, friendly and dear to the hearts of every Vietnamese person in general and Nghe An province in particular.

The relationship between Vietnam and the former Soviet Union and Russia today has a long-standing foundation, built, nurtured and developed on love, sincere and valuable help and support.
Today, Vietnam and the Russian Federation have a comprehensive strategic partnership, very close, responsible, and supportive of each other in all fields. Nghe An province also has relations between Russian localities very early. In 1987, Nghe An province and Ulyanovsk province established diplomatic relations and have achieved many positive results so far.

Briefly introducing the province's natural conditions, population and socio-economic information, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Khac Than affirmed that Nghe An is growing stronger and stronger, aiming to become a national growth pole in the new era.
On that basis and under those conditions, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Khac Than hopes that the Governor and members of the Kaluga Provincial working delegation will continue to pay attention, support, and create the most favorable conditions for the TH Group's project in Kaluga Province to operate effectively, making a positive contribution to the relationship between the two provinces and the two countries.

In the coming time, the Provincial Party Secretary also hopes for close cooperation between Nghe An and Kaluga provinces, especially in areas where Kaluga has strengths such as high-tech industry and processing industry. The province is committed to creating the most favorable conditions for Kaluga enterprises and investors to successfully invest in Nghe An.

Sharing the goals of economic, cultural and people-to-people diplomacy development, the Governor of Kaluga province said that Kaluga is promoting development in the production of automobiles, medicine, milk, agricultural products, etc. In addition, Kaluga is being oriented to become a training center on atomic energy and continue to attract foreign investment.
Expressing his delight at the trade activities between Nghe An and Kaluga provinces, the Governor of Kaluga province said that many Vietnamese students are currently studying and living in Kaluga.

The relationship between the Vietnamese people and Kaluga province has been long-standing and very strong. On this occasion, the Governor of Kaluga province respectfully invited the leaders of Nghe An province to visit and work in Kaluga province.
Happily accepting the invitation, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Khac Than affirmed that there are many opportunities and potentials for cooperation between the two provinces, especially in the fields of high technology, education and healthcare.

In the coming time, the two provinces will continue to concretize the potentials and strengths of the two sides to achieve specific results, so that the relationship between the two localities in particular and the two countries in general will have new developments.
