At the festival, delegates and people together reviewed the history and traditions of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; evaluated the results of the implementation of the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" in Phuoc Luong Residential Area. Also at the festival, Phuoc Luong Residential Area launched a campaign for people to compete to contribute to completing the goals and tasks of the residential area in 2024, towards the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term.

Phuoc Luong village currently has 404 households with 1,448 people. In the village, there are about 30 production and business establishments such as: tile production, laundry, rice milling, agricultural material trading, livestock farming...; of which, there is 1 product (agarwood incense) that meets OCOP standards and is certified with 3 stars. In addition, people in the village grow rice on a total area of ​​nearly 90 hectares; of which, 80 hectares grow rice in 2 crops with a yield of 6.8 tons/ha/year. With efforts to overcome difficulties, in recent years, the economic , cultural and spiritual life of people in the village has gradually stabilized and developed. The rate of poor and near-poor households in the village has decreased gradually over the years, in 2024 alone, 3 households escaped near-poverty. Up to now, the village has only 4 poor households (1%) and 5 near-poor households (1.24%). People actively responded to the movement "All people build civilized life, cultural family", with 98% of households in the village achieving the title of cultural family.
