According to the reflection of Mr. Tran Huu Tranh (Cam Thuan ward, Cam Ranh city, Khanh Hoa ) sent to Dan Viet newspaper, reflecting the incident of two people buying lobsters from people in Cam Ranh city, after buying, they did not pay and it has lasted for more than 2 years now.
Mr. Tranh sadly said that in early 2022, Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Thu and Mr. Phung Van Thuan introduced themselves in Da Nang City as representatives of Thanh Nhon Seafood and Trading Company Limited and repeatedly asked Mr. Tranh to collect shrimp from people to enjoy a commission difference of 10,000/kg.
Mr. Tran Huu Tranh (Cam Ranh City, Khanh Hoa) has just sent a petition to Dan Viet newspaper to reflect on traders buying shrimp without paying people.
At first, Ms. Thu brought people to Cam Ranh to introduce to Mr. Tranh that there were business partners who were about to sign contracts to buy shrimp with Ms. Thu. At the same time, she provided information about her business that had reached an agreement to sign a contract to export hundreds of tons of shrimp. In addition, to gain the trust of Mr. Tranh and the local households, Ms. Thu paid for the shrimp quickly and in full in the first transactions.

Mr. Tranh said indignantly that after several months of selling shrimp to Ms. Thu without receiving payment, the payment gradually slowed down, making both Mr. Tranh and the local people feel heartbroken. Specifically, Ms. Thu bought shrimp through Mr. Tranh in many installments with a total amount of more than 114 billion VND, and has paid more than 70 billion VND.
The remaining amount of over 43 billion VND is still owed for more than two years, although Mr. Tranh and the residents have continuously contacted, but until now there is still no sign of him. Of which, Mr. Tranh alone owes over 8 billion VND for shrimp and the remaining amount is owed to the households.
Mr. Tranh asked the authorities to urgently investigate and ask Ms. Thu to pay for the shrimp for the people. Photo: Cong Tam
Mr. Tranh shared that since Ms. Thu owed money, his family and shrimp farmers' lives have been very difficult, now they have no place to stay and have to find a temporary room to stay. Mr. Tranh requested that the authorities urgently investigate, verify and quickly return the amount of over 43 billion VND that Ms. Thu owes.
