At the same time, focus on effectively implementing 4 resolutions of the Politburo including: Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation; Resolution No. 59-NQ/TW on international integration in the new situation; Resolution No. 66-NQ/TW on innovation in law making and enforcement; Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW on private economic development.

Sectors, units and localities prioritize promoting growth associated with maintaining macroeconomic stability, controlling inflation, ensuring major balances, improving efficiency, competitiveness, autonomy, adaptability and resilience of the economy; focusing on leadership, direction, and resolutely completing targets of sectors, fields and localities under their management, ensuring contribution to the target of 8% or more of the country's gross domestic product growth in 2025.

Units prepare plans and roadmaps for price adjustment suitable for a number of goods and services whose prices are managed by the State based on a comprehensive and thorough assessment of the impact of price adjustment on inflation, production and business activities of enterprises and people's lives to ensure inflation control according to the set targets. Units and localities focus on building and perfecting institutions and laws in conjunction with restructuring the apparatus, administrative units and organization of two-level local governments.
