This is a follow-up activity to the groundbreaking ceremony of 100 houses for the people of Truong Son border, Quang Ninh district. According to the plan for the next phase, Kim Thuy commune (Le Thuy) has 27 houses and Dan Hoa commune (Minh Hoa) has 129 houses that will be simultaneously started.
The Provincial Border Guard Command continues to strengthen propaganda and mobilization work, aiming to turn the elimination of temporary houses into a widespread movement in the community, mobilizing the cooperation of the whole society.
Up to now, a total of 256 poor households in remote areas with difficult travel conditions on the Quang Binh border have been deployed to build new houses. The Provincial Steering Committee assigned the Provincial Border Guard Command to take the lead, coordinate with local authorities and relevant forces in organizing and supervising the construction. In addition to ensuring the quality and progress of the project, the Border Guard force also directly supports labor days, means of transportation, and gives essential items to the people.
In the coming time, the Quang Binh Provincial Border Guard Command will focus on directing and urging contractors to speed up the construction progress. The goal is to complete and hand over all houses before August 31, 2025, practically making achievements to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).
This is a continuing mark showing the political determination, social responsibility and affection of border guards towards the people in the border area, wishing them to have a solid home, gradually stabilize their lives and settle down in their homeland.
