After 6 days of exciting competition, the best players of the 3-cushion carom billiards tournament Phuc Thinh Cup 2025 have officially been revealed.

The final match of the Phuc Thinh Cup 3-cushion carom billiards tournament took place on the afternoon of October 25th, witnessing the competition between Nguyen Tran Thanh Tao and Dinh Quang Hai. This was a match in which Thanh Tao showed his excellent performance. After leading 25-17 in the first half, he continued to play steadily and created a safe gap of 41-26 before closing the final match with a 50-33 victory after 33 rounds.

Previously in the semi-final, Nguyen Tran Thanh Tao also defeated the number 1 candidate for the championship, Bao Phuong Vinh, with a score of 40-31 after 18 rounds.

With this result, the final round champion Nguyen Tran Thanh Tao received the cup and 40 million VND in prize money. Runner-up Dinh Quang Hai received 15 million VND. The two third-place players, Bao Phuong Vinh and Cao Phan Triet Luan, received 7.5 million VND each.

Notably, Bao Phuong Vinh received two awards for "excellent series" and "best game" with a 15-point cue and an efficiency of 2,917 points/cue, each award receiving 5 million VND.

Before that, the tournament also found the best players in the qualifying round. Accordingly, the qualifying round champion, Pham Quoc Thuan, received the cup and 20 million VND. Runner-up Nguyen Van Phuc received 4 million VND. The two players in third place, Long Hong and Le Quoc Trung, received 2 million VND. The "best series" award went to Huynh Le Truong Hung with a 15-point cue, while Nguyen Dinh Quoc won the "best game" award with an efficiency of 3,333 points/cue, each player received 1 million VND.

During the award ceremony, Mr. Luong Khac Tam - Vice President of Ho Chi Minh City Billiards & Snooker Federation (HBSF) announced good news, especially for amateur players. Accordingly, in 2026, Phuc Thinh tournament system will organize 2-3 rounds exclusively for amateur players (limited to 32 players with a place in the national finals and players from national teams).
