The final match of the Phuc Thinh Cup 3-Cushion Carom Billiards tournament, held on the afternoon of October 25th, saw a showdown between Nguyen Tran Thanh Tao and Dinh Quang Hai. Thanh Tao displayed exceptional form in this match. After leading 25-17 in the first set, he continued to play steadily, building a safe lead of 41-26 before closing out the final with a 50-33 victory after 33 innings.
Earlier in the semi-final, Nguyen Tran Thanh Tao also defeated the top contender for the championship, Bao Phuong Vinh, with a score of 40-31 after 18 innings.

With this result, the finalist Nguyen Tran Thanh Tao received the trophy and 40 million VND in prize money. Runner-up Dinh Quang Hai received 15 million VND. The two third-place players, Bao Phuong Vinh and Cao Phan Triet Luan, each received 7.5 million VND.
Notably, Bao Phuong Vinh received a double award for "outstanding series" and "best game" with a 15-point shot and a performance of 2,917 points per turn, each receiving 5 million VND.
Previously, the tournament also determined the best players in the qualifying round. Accordingly, the qualifying champion was Pham Quoc Thuan, who received a trophy and 20 million VND. Runner-up Nguyen Van Phuc received 4 million VND. The two players tied for third place, Long Hong and Le Quoc Trung, each received 2 million VND. The "Outstanding Series" award went to Huynh Le Truong Hung with a 15-point run, while Nguyen Dinh Quoc won the "Best Game" award with a performance of 3.333 points per turn, each receiving 1 million VND.

Accordingly, in 2026, the Phuc Thinh tournament system will organize 2-3 tournaments exclusively for amateur players (limited to 32 players who qualify for the national finals and players from national teams).
