Speaking at the opening of the training course, Colonel Dao Toan Thang, Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of the Military Command of Tuyen Quang province, requested: Regiment 247 and the trainees to promote a good sense of responsibility in implementing the regular regime, discipline management; seriously implement the content and program according to the set plan; during the process of teaching the content, the team of teachers must link theory with practical military and defense work at the grassroots level, contributing to the synchronous and comprehensive implementation of military and defense tasks in 2026 and the following years.

According to the plan, more than 100 students will study and research contents on Party work, political work in local military and defense tasks; new resolutions and directives of the Party, State, and Ministry of National Defense on defense work; some methods and skills in drafting exercise documents; the regime of military cell, commune, and ward activities; propaganda work, fighting against " peaceful evolution" plots and tricks, refuting the wrong views of hostile forces in cyberspace today; practicing and practicing shooting AK submachine guns lesson 1, and some other practical contents.

The training course will take place until November 21, 2025.
