Ms. Thoa emotionally said: “I lost almost everything in my house, I couldn’t sleep all night. I thank the working group very much. With the timely care and encouragement of the Ministry of Public Security, the people here also feel somewhat comforted.”

Sharing the difficulties with the people, Major General Nguyen Hong Nguyen, Deputy Chief of Office of the Ministry of Public Security, requested the police force to review and propose appropriate measures and support to families of people who suffered heavy losses caused by storm No. 13.
