The Ministry of Transport directs agencies and units to resolutely replace or transfer to other jobs individuals with weak capacity, who avoid, push, or work half-heartedly, causing projects and works to be delayed for a long time.

The Ministry of Transport has just sent a document requesting units and corporations to compile reports on projects that have stopped construction, are behind schedule, and propose solutions to resolve them completely.

Accordingly, for traffic construction projects and works that are backlogged, stopped, or behind schedule, the Ministry of Transport requires urgent development of a plan for handling measures.
