Appointment of Editor-in-Chief and Deputy Editor-in-Chief of New Energy Magazine

At the ceremony, comrade Le Xuan Ve, Head of the Organization and Membership Development Board of the Vietnam Petroleum Association (VPA), announced the decision of the Vietnam Petroleum Association on the appointment of leaders of New Energy Magazine - PetroTimes.

According to the announced decisions, comrade Pham Thuan Thien, Deputy Editor-in-Chief in charge of the Magazine, was appointed to the position of Editor-in-Chief; comrade Le Ha Thanh Ngoc, Head of the Reporters' Department, was appointed to the position of Deputy Editor-in-Chief. The decisions are effective for 5 years from the date of signing.

On behalf of the Association's leaders, VPA President Nguyen Quoc Thap and VPA Vice President Nguyen Hung Dung presented the decision and congratulated the appointed comrades.

Mr. Nguyen Quoc Thap, Chairman of the Vietnam Petroleum Association, emphasized that the consolidation of the leadership of New Energy Magazine - PetroTimes will create a premise for the Magazine to continue to operate stably, effectively and have innovations in the coming time.

VPA Chairman Nguyen Quoc Thap hopes that the new Editor-in-Chief Pham Thuan Thien, Deputy Editor-in-Chief Le Ha Thanh Ngoc, and the staff, reporters, and editors of the Magazine will unite, strive, overcome difficulties, promote the achievements gained over the past time, constantly innovate, and improve quality in all aspects of activities.

Delegates attending congratulated the two comrades on their appointment.

In his acceptance speech, the new Editor-in-Chief of New Energy Magazine - PetroTimes Pham Thuan Thien expressed his gratitude for the trust and confidence of the leaders of the Vietnam Petroleum Association, the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group, and the support of the Association, the Group and the units under the Group.

Comrade Pham Thuan Thien pledged that the collective of New Energy Magazine - PetroTimes will continue to innovate, improve the quality of content, closely follow the principles and purposes, and propagate more and more effectively, worthy of the trust and expectations of readers, the leaders of the Vietnam Petroleum Association and the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group.
