Through on-site inspection and listening to unit reports, Lieutenant General Thai Dai Ngoc assessed that the Phu Yen Provincial Military Command has directed agencies, localities, and units to strictly maintain discipline and combat readiness regimes as well as review, adjust, supplement, and organize practice of combat readiness plans, prepare forces, vehicles, and weapons to be ready to mobilize and handle situations.
The Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army requested that the Phu Yen Provincial Military Command continue to strictly implement the directives and instructions from above on combat readiness work before, during and after the holidays; strengtheneducation and dissemination for officers and soldiers to deeply understand combat readiness tasks, clearly define responsibilities, and be determined to complete all assigned tasks well.
