Political agencies and political cadres at all levels promote their advisory role to help Party committees, commanders, and the Emulation Council develop plans, determine the content, targets, breakthroughs, and organize the launching of annual emulation movements, peak emulation campaigns, and raids to ensure adherence to the unit's tasks. Closely combine the Determined to Win emulation movement with the local patriotic emulation movement associated with promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style and movements at all levels and sectors, creating endogenous strength and widespread action movements in agencies and units.

At the same time, focus on propaganda and education to raise awareness for Party committees, commanders at all levels and cadres and soldiers about the meaning, content and importance of PTTĐ; build and replicate advanced models, examples of "Good people, good deeds", movements, typical models, create core nuclei, contribute to inspiring, encouraging and motivating cadres and soldiers to uphold their determination to complete assigned tasks well. Based on the content and emulation targets, agencies and units aim to make breakthroughs in implementing key political tasks, new tasks, difficult tasks, and long-standing limitations.

As at Regiment 692, the main unit of Division 301, Hanoi Capital Command, in recent times, the TDKT work has been a strong driving force, encouraging officers and soldiers to constantly strive to complete their tasks well. According to Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Quoc Thang, Deputy Political Commissar of Regiment 692, the TDKT work has been thoroughly grasped, deployed, applied, and concretized by the unit in all aspects of work, meeting the practical tasks of the unit; combining the Quyết Thắng PTTĐ with the PTTĐ of the sectors, the emulation raids, the peak of commemorating important political events, aiming at carrying out tasks with high requirements and complex nature, contributing to raising the awareness and responsibility of officers and soldiers of the entire unit.

When arriving at Regiment 692, we witnessed the enthusiasm and efforts in carrying out the tasks of the unit's officers and soldiers. "This year, the PTTĐs, the peak emulation and breakthrough competitions were continuously launched to celebrate major events and holidays of the Army and the country, thus creating more effects and competitive spirit for each individual as well as the collective. In 2025, the Hanoi Capital Command will deploy many high-point emulation campaigns and raids to celebrate major holidays and important events of the country, the Army and units, and actively respond to the Campaign "The Army competes in innovation, creativity and digital transformation" and "Digital education for the masses"... From the results of implementing the Campaign "Determined to Win", the high-point emulation campaigns, raids and special topics have created motivation and strength for the Capital's Armed Forces to excellently complete political tasks. Notable examples include: Doing a good job of advising the city to fully and synchronously issue leadership and direction documents on military and defense tasks in 2025, especially when implementing two-level local government; advising on the establishment of 5 regional defense commands, establishing 126 commune-level military commands; completing 100% of military recruitment targets; completing the reception and training of new soldiers; Organize training on national defense and security knowledge for qualified subjects; organize training for militia and self-defense forces (DQTV) with correct content, sufficient time, and improved quality; check the readiness to mobilize reserve soldiers and technical means to ensure absolute safety.

In addition, the agencies and units of the Hanoi Capital Command also coordinated with other forces to grasp the situation and ensure the safety of holidays and important political events taking place in the area. Deploying nearly 900,000 officers and soldiers of the regular force and militia and self-defense forces on combat readiness; mobilizing more than 500 vehicles, 10,000 officers and soldiers of the regular force and more than 9,000 militia and self-defense forces to help people overcome the consequences of storms and fires in the area; conducting field training combined with mass mobilization work with more than 5,000 working days. In 2025, the Hanoi Capital Command will have 456 collectives and nearly 2,000 individuals awarded at all levels...
