The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism announced and awarded decisions on personnel work.

VHO - This morning, November 7, in Hanoi, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism held a ceremony to announce and hand over decisions on personnel work. Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Trinh Thi Thuy chaired the ceremony.

Deputy Minister Trinh Thi Thuy presented the appointment decision to Ms. Nghiem Thi Thanh Nguyet.

At the ceremony, the representative of the Department of Organization and Personnel announced the decision of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism on personnel work.

Accordingly, in Decision No. 4219/QD-BVHTTDL dated November 4, 2025, the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism decided to transfer and appoint Ms. Nghiem Thi Thanh Nguyet, Deputy Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, for a term of 5 years to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Culture of Vietnamese Ethnic Groups. The Decision takes effect from the date of signing.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Minister Trinh Thi Thuy congratulated Ms. Nghiem Thi Thanh Nguyet on being appointed by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism to hold a leadership position at the Department of Culture of Vietnamese Ethnic Groups.

The appointment is a recognition by the Ministry's leadership of Ms. Nghiem Thi Thanh Nguyet's continuous training and dedication over the past time.

Ms. Nghiem Thi Thanh Nguyet sent her thanks to the leaders of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism for their trust and support in taking on the new position at the Department of Culture of Vietnamese Ethnic Groups.

Deputy Minister Trinh Thi Thuy also requested the leaders and staff of the Department of Culture of Vietnamese Ethnic Groups to create favorable conditions for Ms. Nghiem Thi Thanh Nguyet to maximize her capacity, experience and strengths, and successfully complete the tasks entrusted to her by the leaders of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
