On June 2, the Ministry of Health 's Covid-19 epidemic prevention bulletin said there were 744 new Covid-19 cases, a slight decrease compared to yesterday.
Since the beginning of the epidemic, Vietnam has had 11,614,303 infections, ranking 13th out of 231 countries and territories, while with the rate of infections per 1 million people, Vietnam ranks 120th out of 231 countries and territories (on average, there are 117,371 infections per 1 million people).
On the day, 179 patients were announced to be cured, bringing the total number of cured cases to 10,638,549.
The number of patients on oxygen is 32, including: Oxygen breathing via mask: 22 cases; high flow oxygen breathing HFNC: 4 cases; non-invasive ventilation: 3 cases; invasive ventilation: 2 cases; no ECMO cases.
No deaths were recorded today.
The total number of deaths from Covid-19 in Vietnam to date is 43,206, accounting for 0.4% of the total number of infections.
