Accordingly, the Secretariat decided to transfer and appoint comrade Lu Quang Ngoi, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Vinh Long province, to cease participating in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and cease holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Vinh Long Provincial Party Committee; transfer and appoint him to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

In his speech assigning the task, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Nguyen Thanh Tam said that Comrade Lu Quang Ngoi is a well-trained cadre, with capacity and experience in work, especially in Party building and state management.
