Electronic tax systems are back to normal operation.

After a temporary suspension to upgrade the information system, from 8:00 a.m. today (July 1, 2025), the electronic tax systems will operate normally again.

In Notice 418/TB-CT dated June 25, 2025, the tax authority stated: Notice 418/TB-CT: Temporarily suspend the electronic tax system to deploy the upgrade of the IT system to meet the requirements of arranging the tax authority according to the two-level local government model and some tax regulations effective from July 1, 2025.

Specifically, the electronic tax systems will temporarily stop operating from 6:00 p.m. on June 27, 2025 to 8:00 a.m. on July 1, 2025, including:

- Tax Department's website

- Application for Tax Procedure Service Practice Management (THI)

- E-commerce Portal for Information Providers

- Electronic Information Portal for households and individuals doing e-commerce and digital platform business

- Electronic Tax Application (eTax)

- Electronic Tax Application for Individuals (iCanhan)

- eTax Mobile Application

- Information portal for information exchange with external units and organizations (DataHub/GIP/T2B)

Thus, from 8:00 a.m. today (July 1, 2025), the above electronic tax systems will operate normally again.
