The Hanoi Capital Command said that studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style has become an intrinsic need of mass organizations and each cadre, union member and member of the Capital's armed forces. Specifically, the units have participated in more than 82,000 working days to help people clean up the environmental landscape, upgrade inter-village and inter-commune roads; repair martyrs' cemeteries and schools; help people dredge and clear ^54,000m2 of pond surface; participate in building 6.2km of new rural roads. Along with that, the units have mobilized 45,753 officers and soldiers to participate in overcoming the consequences of natural disasters, fires, environmental incidents, especially overcoming the consequences of storm No. 3 (Yagi)...

In addition, mass organizations in the capital's armed forces also proactively coordinated to visit and give gifts to disadvantaged families and poor students who overcame difficulties in Ba Vi district and Yen Binh commune, Thach That district with a total amount of 220 million VND.

Senior Lieutenant Truong Thi Kieu Oanh, financial officer, President of the Women's Union of the Bac Tu Liem District Military Command, is a typical example with many achievements of the unit.

Senior Lieutenant Truong Thi Kieu Oanh shared her experience in successfully completing the assigned tasks, which is to constantly learn and update new legal documents and policies; at the same time, actively apply information technology to improve the efficiency of professional work. In particular, as the Chairwoman of the unit's Women's Union, from 2023 to present, she has always been the "fire keeper", connecting and leading the activities of the Union. She has proactively developed plans, organized regular union activities, integrated political education, ethics, lifestyle, work skills and gender knowledge; determined to carry out well the emulation movement "Intelligent and brave military women, completing tasks well, building happy families, worthy of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the new era".

Major Le Thi Thanh Tra, an employee of the Cultural House, Political Department, Capital Command, is also a shining example in the program "Joining hands for the poor to develop family economy together", the "5 no 3 clean" movement of the unit. Over the years, she has performed well in her professional work, closely managed the exhibits in the traditional room and done well in advising on strict and effective management of the agency's budget, and has been commended and rewarded by her superiors.

According to Major General Nguyen Khac Nhan, in order to have positive results in emulation movements in mass organizations of the Capital's armed forces, Party committees and unit commanders always lead and direct the propaganda and education work, raising awareness for cadres, union members and association members about the meaning and importance of emulation work; thereby participating and promoting the responsibility of all organizations and individuals in organizing and implementing emulation movements and campaigns.
