Ingredients: Almond milk (70 ml), one teaspoon turmeric powder, three thin slices of fresh ginger, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder, one teaspoon honey.

How to prepare: Put all the prepared ingredients into a pot and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes. Then filter the mixture through a sieve. Finally, pour the finished product into a glass or jar and enjoy.

Green tea, lemon and mint

Ingredients: Three green tea bags, 200 ml filtered water, 10 ml lemon juice, 10 g lemon peel, three teaspoons honey, 10 g fresh mint leaves.

How to prepare: Boil three green tea bags with 200 ml of filtered water and steep for about 10 minutes. Next, remove the tea bags, add honey, lemon juice, and shredded lemon peel, stir well. Add ice cubes, garnish with fresh mint leaves and enjoy.

Ingredients: 100g spinach; 70g berries, one frozen banana, 100ml coconut water, one teaspoon chia seeds.

Directions: Blend all prepared ingredients in a blender. Pour the mixture into a glass and enjoy.
