Ha Tinh Women's Union at all levels enthusiastically put the resolution into life.

Responding to the important political events of the province, the whole country and the organization, the Ha Tinh Women's Union has just launched a special emulation campaign to achieve achievements in welcoming the 16th Provincial Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the 17th Ha Tinh Women's Congress, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party and the 14th National Women's Congress.

Vietnamese Heroic Mother Tran Thi Huyen talked with leaders of the Provincial Women's Union, Tran Phu ward and women's union members of the ward, on the sidelines of the ward Women's Congress, term 2025-2030.

Ms. Truong Thi Luong - Vice President of the Provincial Women's Union emphasized: "This special emulation period is not only an activity to welcome the congresses, but also an opportunity to arouse the sense of responsibility and creativity of Ha Tinh women. Each level of the union, each cadre and member will have specific actions to bring the resolutions of the congresses at all levels into life, through practical works and tasks, contributing to spreading the spirit of patriotism and the aspiration to develop the homeland".

The emulation campaign was widely deployed from October 20, 2025 to May 19, 2026, with the aim of promoting the tradition of patriotic emulation, creating a vibrant atmosphere, spreading the spirit of solidarity and creativity in work, study and work. Through that, it contributes to the successful implementation of political tasks, socio-economic development and building an increasingly strong organization. In particular, the launch focuses on key tasks: Promoting propaganda, bringing the resolutions of the Party Congress, the Fatherland Front and women's unions at all levels into life; widely deploying emulation movements such as: "Building Ha Tinh women of the new era" associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style; "Ha Tinh women unite and join hands to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas".

The emulation campaign aims to create an exciting atmosphere, spread the spirit of solidarity and creativity in work, study and work to every cadre and female member in the whole province.

At the same time, support women in building happy, equal families, preventing domestic violence; continue to improve the quality of the campaign "Building a family of 5 yes, 3 clean"; support women in starting businesses, developing the economy, establishing cooperatives and cooperatives owned by women, digital transformation in production activities... At the same time, well implement social security work, the "Godmother" program...

During the emulation period, women's unions at all levels in the province strive to carry out at least 150 typical projects and tasks, of which the provincial level undertakes at least 5 projects and 4 major tasks; each union base has at least 2 projects or tasks related to local and unit realities.

The Provincial Women's Union opened the emulation period by launching the "Mother and Daughter" Club in Cam Due commune.

Immediately after its launch, the emulation campaign received enthusiastic responses from all levels of the association. Up to now, dozens of grassroots association units have registered to carry out hundreds of projects and tasks, creating a strong spread from urban to rural areas.

Ms. Vo Thi Hoa - President of the Women's Union of Tran Phu Ward shared: "Responding to the emulation campaign, we have registered for tasks such as: building and launching 2 OCOP products owned by women, thoroughly grasping the resolutions of congresses, sponsoring orphans in difficult circumstances, launching the model of the 5-have branch - civilized urban area... In which, we have deployed 1 class to disseminate the content of the resolutions of Party congresses at all levels to more than 100 members; sponsoring 1 orphan".

Ms. Phan Thi Kim Lien - President of the Women's Union of Loc Ha commune said: "On this occasion, the Women's Union of the commune launched a campaign for members to register to launch an economic model with an income of over 100 million VND/year, a "5 have, 3 clean" club, and mobilized to sponsor 5 orphans with difficult circumstances in the area... Each project and task is related to real needs, helping women confidently demonstrate their roles and responsibilities to contribute to building their homeland."

Responding to the emulation campaign, the Women's Union of Loc Ha commune mobilized to sponsor 5 orphans in difficult circumstances in the area with a total committed support amount of 54 million VND.

It is known that the works, models, collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements and creative ways in the emulation period will be commended, rewarded and widely introduced on the association's media channels. This is also an opportunity for the association at all levels to discover and honor advanced models, contributing to spreading the spirit of "every good deed - a beautiful flower" in the patriotic emulation movement of Ha Tinh women.

In order for the emulation movement to be truly effective, we hope that all levels of the association need to closely follow the local political tasks, choose key content, specific tasks, and avoid formalities. Each project and part of the work must bear the clear mark of the association, associated with the practical interests of women and the community. Along with that, it is necessary to promote propaganda, promptly commend and replicate advanced models, create a continuous competitive atmosphere, contribute to quickly bringing the resolutions of the congresses into life, realizing the aspiration to build Ha Tinh into a sustainable development.
