This is one of the practical solutions for the police force to limit, prevent and reduce the situation of teenagers gathering to cause public disorder, gathering to perform and race illegally, contributing to ensuring traffic order and safety.
For more than 2 years of operation, Thanh Dat auto repair shop (Tan Bien commune) has had cases of people coming to request car modification, vehicle upgrade, and vehicle structure change. Mr. Chu Thanh Dat, owner of Thanh Dat auto repair shop, said: "Many young people come to the shop to request car modification, vehicle upgrade. However, I know that car modification is an illegal act, can endanger the lives of traffic participants, so I firmly refuse to do it. Everyone should focus on doing business, developing the economy , do not indulge in car modification because it can cause many consequences...".

Mr. Ha Van Muoi, owner of Muoi Nui motorbike repair shop (Tan Bien commune), has been involved in motorbike repair for more than 31 years. Mr. Muoi shared: “Many young people come to the shop to request to upgrade their motorbike engines and crankshafts. Young people nowadays really like to upgrade their motorbikes because this is a way to show off to their friends and attract attention from those around them. The situation of young people riding motorbikes with wheelies, weaving and swerving still occurs in many places. Parents with children in their teens need to closely monitor, talk regularly, listen to their thoughts and feelings, pay attention to their children's means of transportation and traffic participation, to avoid regrets later.”
Although the situation of crimes and law violations related to weapons, explosives, and supporting tools has been controlled, there are still many potential complications. Notably, in many cases, subjects use dangerous weapons such as machetes, swords, etc. to settle disputes, resolve conflicts, disturb public order, and cause public outrage. In order to improve the effectiveness of crime prevention and combat, and to limit stabbings, Tay Ninh Provincial Police have increased propaganda and information to blacksmiths in the area about the situation of young people gathering to drive at high speed, revving their engines, weaving, swinging, performing, etc., causing disturbances to local security and order, and using dangerous homemade weapons (knives, swords, machetes) to resolve conflicts. Thereby, blacksmith owners need to strictly comply with the provisions of law on manufacturing and managing finished products in the production and business activities of registered establishments; Do not assist in manufacturing dangerous primitive weapons when requested by the subjects.
Mr. Le Van Minh, owner of the Hanoi blacksmith shop (residing in Tan Bien commune), expressed: “By following the news on the internet, I see that there are many young people using weapons to slash each other and perform on the street. Therefore, when young people come to order swords and machetes, I always refuse and do not comply with the request. When I heard the officers of the Traffic Police Department of the Provincial Police and the Tan Bien Commune Police propagandize and persuade the blacksmith shop not to assist in making dangerous primitive weapons as requested by the subjects, I strongly agree and pledge to strictly comply with the regulations.”
Tay Ninh Provincial Police recommends that families and parents need to strengthen their management of their children, not to let them make friends with bad people, not to participate in illegal acts; participate in controlling and guiding their children in using social networks, staying away from bad and toxic information that incites violence, encourages and entices them to commit violations. When detecting cases of young people showing signs of violations, it is necessary to promptly communicate with the local police force and the local police to receive timely guidance and educational support, to avoid heartbreaking incidents...
