According to the warning bulletin of Khanh Hoa Province Hydrometeorological Station, on the morning of October 27, on the Dinh Ninh Hoa River at Ninh Hoa Hydrological Station, the flood was above alert level 1. The water level at 9:00 a.m. on October 27 at Duc My Hydrological Station was 14.21m, 1.29m below alert level 1; at Ninh Hoa Hydrological Station it was 4.24m, 0.04m above alert level 1. Warning: In the next 24 hours, the flood on the Dinh Ninh Hoa River will fluctuate at alert level 1-2.

Previously, the specialized agency warned of rain in the province. Specifically, from October 27 to 29, the whole province will have moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, some places will have very heavy rain; the rainfall in the north of the province is generally from 60mm to 100mm, especially at times it can reach 60mm/3 hours. In the southern area of ​​the province, it is from 20mm to 60mm. Heavy rain is likely to cause floods in the north of the province from alert 1 to alert 2, in the south of the province to alert 1. The specialized agency warned of the need to be on guard against the risk of flooding in low-lying areas, especially flooding on urban roads; the risk of landslides in areas with steep terrain and weak geological foundation. In addition, thunderstorms accompanied by whirlwinds, lightning, strong winds can cause roofs to be blown off, trees to break, fall, injure people and pets; therefore, people need to take safety measures.
