According to the forecast of the professional agency, on October 25 and 26, the whole Khanh Hoa province will have moderate rain, heavy rain, and locally very heavy rain and thunderstorms. The total rainfall is generally from 40-100mm/period, in some places over 120mm/period. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind. In the following communes and wards: Khanh Vinh, Tay Khanh Vinh, Khanh Son, Tay Khanh Son, Bac Ai, Ninh Son, Thuan Nam, Ninh Phuoc, Phan Rang with 40-70mm/period, in some places over 100mm/period.

Experts warn that heavy rains can cause flooding in low-lying areas. It is necessary to guard against the risk of landslides in areas with steep terrain and weak geological foundations. In addition, thunderstorms accompanied by whirlwinds, lightning, and strong winds can cause roofs to be blown off, trees to be broken, and injuries to people and livestock.
