Colonel Nguyen Minh Khanh emphasized that during the peak period, ships and units must regularly report the situation and results daily, helping leaders and commanders at all levels to promptly grasp and direct in line with reality, ensuring flexibility and effectiveness in handling situations at sea.

According to the plan, the Command of Coast Guard Region 3 will resolutely "declare war" on IUU fishing violations, focusing on strictly handling fishing vessels that violate foreign waters and regulations on reporting and recording fishing logs.
