On June 23, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Khanh Hoa Province Police (PC07) said it had just successfully rescued three tourists who got lost while climbing Hoang Nguu Son Mountain (Phuoc Dong Commune, Nha Trang City).
Previously, at around 4:00 p.m. on June 22, PC07 on duty received a report from Mr. Nguyen Trung Luan that his group was lost while climbing Hoang Nguu Son mountain and needed help.
Upon receiving the information, the unit immediately dispatched 1 rescue vehicle and 6 officers and soldiers to the scene, coordinating with the police and militia of Phuoc Dong commune to organize the rescue.
After many hours of climbing the mountain, at around 7:15 p.m. the same day, the authorities were able to reach the three tourists. Through initial examination, the three tourists were mentally stable and had no external injuries.
The forces provided food and water and reassured the three tourists.
At around 8:45 p.m. the same day, all three people were safely brought down the mountain and handed over to Phuoc Dong Commune Police.
