There are initiatives that seem small but have a big impact, such as: Upgrading the mung bean grinding machine to increase capacity by 1.5 times; improvements in processing procedures that reduce costs and increase productivity; or projects to conserve swiftlet populations and preserve the ecological environment... At Sanest Khanh Hoa Beverage Joint Stock Company, Mr. Bui Xuan Thong - Production Workshop Manager - is a dynamic and enthusiastic role model in his work, with a series of groundbreaking initiatives such as: Improving 32 filling valves for the canned product filling machine; improving the cutting blade of the 30-can tray machine; improving the conveyor system for transporting crates of bottles from manual to semi-automatic... helping the factory save costs. To contribute to fostering innovation, the company's trade union consistently excels in caring for the well-being and protecting the rights of employees. Annually, the union collaborates closely with the company's leadership in developing and implementing policies, ensuring a harmonious balance of interests between the enterprise and its employees. Currently, 100% of employees have signed contracts and receive full benefits, allowances, labor protection, and regular health check-ups. Notably, the company has also increased social insurance contributions beyond the stipulated amount to help employees receive better pensions. The trade union also focuses on building a friendly and cohesive work environment. Annually, the company organizes dialogue conferences to listen to and promptly address the concerns and aspirations of employees. 100% of the units have signed collective labor agreements with many clauses more favorable to employees, especially in the joint-stock companies.
Every Lunar New Year, the trade union, in coordination with the company, organizes practical programs such as the Trade Union Tet Market, Tet Reunion, and Trade Union Meal. From 2023 to the present, 4,000-5,000 gifts, worth 12-13 billion VND each year, have been given to employees and their children. Alongside caring for their material well-being, cultural, artistic, and sports activities are regularly maintained, creating a healthy environment and fostering employee cohesion. Through these movements, the spirit of solidarity, professional pride, and a sense of community responsibility continue to spread strongly. During the period 2020-2025, Khanh Hoa Salangane Nest State-owned Limited Company recorded over 700 initiatives, many of which yielded high economic efficiency, helping to improve productivity and enhance product quality. In particular, from 2023 to the present, the trade union has participated in many meaningful social activities such as: contributing 280 million VND to the "Trade Union Shelter" Fund, nearly 2 billion VND to the "Gratitude and Repayment" Fund, and over 6.3 billion VND to support people affected by natural disasters.
