Chi Linh City Tax Department publicly announced 114 tax-indebted enterprises

The public information includes the name of the enterprise, address, tax debt amount and other revenues belonging to the state budget. Specifically, the total tax debt of these 114 enterprises as of January 31, 2024 is over 26,127 billion VND.

Of the 114 organizations and enterprises mentioned above, 45 cases owe nearly VND 22,987 billion in taxes and are being subject to compulsory measures to temporarily suspend the use of invoices.

Some enterprises headquartered in Chi Linh City that owe large amounts of tax are having their invoices temporarily suspended, such as Thai Tan Thinh Company Limited in Tru Thuong residential area (Dong Lac ward) owing more than 10.5 billion VND; Hoang Tan-Chi Linh Forestry Processing Joint Stock Company in Dai Bo residential area (Hoang Tan ward) owing more than 3.7 billion VND; Thanh Tam Joint Stock Company at No. 3 Nguyen Trai II Street (Sao Do ward) owing more than 2.1 billion VND; Binh Minh BB One Member Co., Ltd. in Chi Ngai 2 residential area (Cong Hoa ward) owing more than 2 billion VND...

The remaining 69 cases are taxpayers no longer operating at their registered addresses, with a total tax debt of nearly VND3,141 billion.

This is the first time the tax authority has implemented measures to urge budget collection in this form. Previously, the announcement on the website of the Hai Duong Provincial Tax Department only publicly announced tax debtors over 90 days.
