The Association of Former Teachers of the Department of Education and Training celebrates the 43rd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day

- On the morning of November 17, the Department of Education and Training (DET) coordinated with the Association of Former Teachers of the Department of Education and Training to organize the ceremony to celebrate the 43rd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day (November 20, 1982 - November 20, 2025) and the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Association of Former Teachers of the Department of Education and Training of Lang Son province (2005 - 2025).

Attending the ceremony were leaders of the Department of Education and Training and members of the Department's Former Teachers Association.

Leaders of the Department of Education and Training presented flowers to congratulate the Association of Former Teachers of the Department of Education and Training.

At the program, former teachers reviewed the 43rd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day and the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Former Teachers' Association of the Department of Education and Training.

Leaders of the Department of Education and Training awarded certificates of merit to individuals with outstanding achievements.

Up to now, the association has developed over 100 members. The members always promote the role of retired teachers; actively participate in the development of education, the promotion of learning and talents, building cultural families...

Many former teachers have actively participated in local work. As of 2025, the association has organized longevity celebrations for over 140 members with a total amount of over 110 million VND and awarded 86 commemorative medals to 78 members, 8 officials and leaders of the Department of Education and Training.

The Association of Former Teachers of the Department of Education and Training received a certificate of merit from the Director of the Department of Education and Training.

On this occasion, 12 groups and individuals received the commemorative medal "For the cause of building and developing the Vietnam Association of Former Teachers"; 9 groups and individuals received Certificates of Merit from the Director of the Department of Education and Training for "having outstanding achievements on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Association of Former Teachers of the Department of Education and Training".
