Sharing tourism expertise in community, ecological and rural tourism activities

(To Quoc) - The program focuses on sharing and guiding the subjects who are service staff in tourism models associated with agricultural production, enterprises, business households and people participating in ecotourism activities, rural communities... with the aim of improving professional skills, tourism expertise, ensuring the requirements of serving tourists.

On November 14, the Department of Tourism of Da Nang City chaired and coordinated with the People's Committee of Hoa Vang District to organize a program to share tourism expertise in community, ecological, and rural tourism activities in Hoa Vang District in 2024.

The program focuses on sharing and guiding the subjects who are service staff in tourism models associated with agricultural production, enterprises, business households and people participating in ecotourism activities, rural communities in Hoa Vang district with the aim of improving professional skills, tourism expertise, ensuring the requirements of serving tourists.

Vice President of the Vietnam Culinary Culture Association in Da Nang - Doan Van Tuan guides skills on choosing local foods to create delicious dishes and how to organize, present dishes, and build menus for guests.

Participating in the instruction was Mr. Doan Van Tuan (Vice President of the Vietnam Culinary Culture Association in Da Nang - Chief Chef of Furama-Ariyana International Tourism Complex Da Nang) who instructed on skills in choosing local foods to create delicious dishes such as chicken, fish, snails, cassava,... and how to organize, present dishes, build menus for students, domestic and international guests, and explain culinary culture to serve guests.

Along with that, Ms. Pham Thi Kim Tram (Deputy Director of Brilliant Hotel - VTOS Trainer) guides skills, reception, operations, housekeeping at homestay, farmstay...

It is known that in the first 9 months of 2024, eco-tourism and community tourism business models in Hoa Vang district are expected to welcome 20,000 visitors.
