Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign 2025: Spreading love, sharing responsibility

The program was attended by leaders of the Central Youth Union's Youth Front Committee, the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee, Bac Kan Provincial Party Committee; Secretaries of the Government Youth Union, Thai Nguyen Provincial Youth Union, Bac Kan Provincial Youth Union; leaders of departments, branches, accompanying units, and nearly 500 local youth union members.

The 2025 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign focuses on implementing 01 program "Supporting the exam season" and 04 branch campaigns: "Green Summer", "Red Flamboyant", "Pink Vacation", "Green March", to mobilize young people to participate in infrastructure development, social security care, environmental protection and support for remote, isolated and disadvantaged areas. Along with that, actively promote the policy of 3 linkages: Linking forces - Linking areas - Linking communities in the Campaign.

Ms. Pham Thi Thu Hien, Secretary of Thai Nguyen Provincial Youth Union, spoke at the Launching Ceremony of the 2025 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign.

Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Pham Thi Thu Hien, Secretary of Thai Nguyen Provincial Youth Union, suggested that Youth Union chapters at all levels should focus on the following main contents: Developing plans to organize activities to deploy and implement the Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign in accordance with the conditions and actual situation in each locality and unit; widely launching emulation movements and peak activities in Youth Union chapters at all levels in localities and units through specific activities; proactively advising local Party committees and authorities to create favorable conditions and mechanisms and actively advising on socialized funding from enterprises and social organizations located in the area to exploit resources. Implementing the construction of youth works and tasks in the Campaign in conjunction with welcoming Party congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

Right at the ceremony, many meaningful projects and gifts were presented: 01 Charity House; 01 "Bright - Green - Clean - Beautiful - Civilized - Safe" project; project to support the construction of new rural areas and civilized urban areas; 02 children's playgrounds; 01 youth project on overflow roads; 50 gifts for disadvantaged students. The comprehensive support package, worth 700 million VND, includes: Temporary house demolition project, 2 industrial gas stoves, 30 free scar treatment packages, 100 cartons of milk and 500 notebooks.

Immediately after the launching ceremony, response activities were organized simultaneously such as: Consulting, medical examination and treatment and providing free medicine for 150 people; propaganda about the Law on Cyber Security and behavioral culture on social networks for Youth Union members at Binh Trung Secondary and High School; starting construction of an overflow road in Na Quan village; starting construction of 01 "Charity House" and inaugurating the "Bright - green - clean - beautiful - civilized - safe" road in Binh Thanh village, Binh Trung commune.
