Removing Quang Linh Vlog from the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front

Pham Quang Linh (Quang Linh Vlogs) is a shareholder and member of the Board of Directors of Chi Em Rot Group Joint Stock Company and was prosecuted for the crime of "Deceiving customers".

The Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front said that, based on Article 20 and Article 33 of the Charter of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, on April 4, 2025, the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front issued a Decision on the dismissal of Pham Quang Linh (Quang Linh Vlog), a Vietnamese in Angola, from the position of member of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term X, 2024 - 2029, from April 4, 2025.

The content of the Decision also clearly states that the Departments, units of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; relevant agencies and organizations and Mr. Pham Quang Linh shall implement this Decision.

Previously, the Ministry of Public Security's Investigation Police Agency (C01) issued a Decision to prosecute the criminal case of "Production of counterfeit food products and Deceiving customers", issued a Decision to prosecute the accused, and applied temporary detention measures against Nguyen Thi Thai Hang (Hang Du Muc) and Pham Quang Linh (Quang Ling Vlogs) and three accomplices.

The Investigation Police Agency of the Ministry of Public Security determined: The product Kera SuperGreens Gummies (commonly known as Kera candy) is a product of Chi Em Rot Group Joint Stock Company, manufactured by Asia Life Joint Stock Company, is "counterfeit" and was sold to the market by Chi Em Rot Group Joint Stock Company in 135,325 boxes from December 12, 2024 to March 19, 2025, seriously affecting the rights of consumers.

Pham Quang Linh (Quang Linh Vlog) is a shareholder and member of the Board of Directors of Chi Em Rot Group Joint Stock Company, prosecuted for the crime of "Deceiving customers", stipulated in Clause 2, Article 198 of the 2015 Penal Code.

Currently, the Ministry of Public Security's Investigation Police Agency (C01) is expanding the investigation into the case, clarifying all violations of related individuals to strictly handle them according to the provisions of the law.
