At the same time, proactively produce and provide high-quality, productive livestock breeds, reaching the minimum rates of 90% of pigs; 80% of poultry; 95% of dairy cows; and 80% of beef cattle.
In particular, local production of high-yield and high-quality bisexual silkworm varieties meets about 30% of local production needs.
In addition, build a database and software system to manage 100% of livestock production and trading establishments to ensure disease safety according to regulations.
