National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue congratulates President of the Cambodian Senate

On the occasion of Cambodia's successful organization of the 5th Senate election on February 25, 2024 with the great victory of the Cambodian People's Party (CPP); on April 3, Samdech Techo Hun Sen, President of the Cambodian People's Party, President of the Supreme Advisory Council of the King of Cambodia was elected President of the 5th Cambodian Senate. On April 3, on behalf of the National Assembly , the people of Vietnam and on his own behalf, National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue sent a congratulatory letter to President of the Cambodian Senate Samdech Techo Hun Sen and all Cambodian people with his warmest congratulations.

 

In his congratulatory letter, National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue expressed his belief that, under the leadership of Cambodian Senate President Samdech Techo Hun Sen, the Cambodian Senate will play an increasingly important role, actively contributing to the construction and development of Cambodia with an increasingly high role and position in the region and the world .

 

As President of the Senate, Samdech Techo Hun Sen will continue to contribute to maintaining and promoting the historical tradition of solidarity, attachment and mutual assistance between the two countries in general and between the Vietnamese National Assembly and the Cambodian Senate in particular, making the parliamentary cooperation between the two countries increasingly comprehensive and effective, and the role of the two countries' legislative bodies in promoting bilateral relations will be increasingly consolidated and promoted.
