On behalf of the Central Organizing Committee, Head of the Local Department III Nguyen Van Phong announced the decisions of the Central Party Secretariat on transferring Mr. Tran Tri Quang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Thap province, to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Dong Thap Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030.
Speaking at the ceremony, the new Deputy Secretary of Vinh Long Provincial Party Committee, Tran Tri Quang, expressed: "This is a moment when I personally feel both proud and feel the responsibility on my shoulders heavier than ever. I am very aware that behind that trust are the many expectations of the Party Committee, the government and the people of Vinh Long province; it is the responsibility to always strive harder and be stricter with myself."
Taking on a new assignment in Vinh Long province - a land of "spiritual land and talented people", rich in patriotic and revolutionary traditions, where people are gentle and kind, the Deputy Secretary of Vinh Long Provincial Party Committee said that to be worthy of the trust of the Central Government, the provincial leaders and the people of Vinh Long, he must constantly learn, listen, practice, and immerse himself in the life, breathing, thoughts and expectations of the people in each locality and each field of work.
"I return to Vinh Long with all respect, modesty and the highest sense of responsibility; consider this my new home, my second homeland to contribute, train and mature."
In his new position, comrade Tran Tri Quang pledges to always maintain his political stance, be absolutely loyal to the Party, the Fatherland and the people; constantly cultivate and practice moral qualities and lifestyle; match words with actions, dare to think, dare to do, dare to take responsibility for the common interest; maintain closeness, modesty, listen to the opinions of cadres, party members and people of all walks of life.
At the same time, quickly approach and deeply grasp the practical situation of the locality; respect and listen to voices from the grassroots; inherit and promote the achievements and valuable experiences of previous generations of leaders, so that each policy and decision issued comes from reality, for a better life of the people.
"I pledge to devote all my efforts and intelligence, together with the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee, and the Executive Committee of the Vinh Long Provincial Party Committee, to maintain the great solidarity and unity; promote democracy, uphold responsibility and set an example; mobilize and strongly arouse all resources and potentials, first of all the people's strength, to resolutely implement the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress; strive to make Vinh Long develop rapidly and sustainably, becoming a fairly developed province in the Mekong Delta region," comrade Tran Tri Quang expressed his determination.
