With more than 126,000 members across the province, the youth force is identified as a vanguard factor in the tasks of socio-economic development, Party and government building and supporting people to adapt to the two-tier government model.

Faced with initial difficulties in infrastructure, technical software, and lack of human resources at the grassroots level, the Provincial Youth Union promptly established 124 youth volunteer teams with nearly 2,700 volunteers, providing direct support at the Public Administration Service Centers of communes, wards, and special economic zones. In particular, the teams have "gone to every alley, knocked on every door", supported people in accessing online public services, trained in digital transformation at the grassroots level, and will coordinate with the Public Administration Service Center to form a "Youth Digital Corner" model to serve people on the spot.

In addition, in the coming time, the Youth Union will focus on reviewing assigned tasks, maintaining a consistent support team, promoting emulation movements to welcome Party Congresses at all levels, and continuing to propose solutions to remove difficulties in funding, personnel and facilities after the merger.
At the meeting, leaders of relevant departments and branches had frank discussions and answered the recommendations. A representative of the Department of Finance said that the province has provided operating funds for the Youth Union and will continue to support facilities for grassroots organizations.

The leaders of the Department of Home Affairs requested the Provincial Youth Union to summarize the results of the activities of the volunteer teams, along with that, promptly develop a master plan to submit to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration of long-term solutions. At the same time, the leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism affirmed that in the coming time, they are ready to coordinate with the Provincial Youth Union to organize propaganda programs and community activities, considering each member as an active propagandist in common activities and movements.

Concluding the meeting, comrade Ho Van Muoi - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized the particularly important role of the youth force in the current period. Quoting General Secretary To Lam: "History is giving Lam Dong province an unprecedented opportunity", comrade Ho Van Muoi said that to turn that belief into reality, the youth need to work three, four, even six times harder, with the highest spirit and responsibility.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested that Lam Dong Provincial Youth Union should specify its role and functions with plans and projects that are close to practical needs; focus on supporting the two-level government to quickly stabilize its organization and operate effectively.
At the same time, young people must be the leading force in realizing the core goals of Resolution 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on "Breakthrough in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation", not only stopping at movement activities but also having to conduct in-depth research, participate in proposing and implementing new models associated with local practices.

Specifically, he suggested that the Youth Union should coordinate with universities and colleges with strengths in science, technology, accounting, etc. to mobilize students to the grassroots level, supporting union members, youth and people in the digital transformation process. Activities should be implemented in the direction of both training skills and directly accompanying and supporting in practice; at the same time, research and propose the construction of new suitable models, such as "Community Science Groups"...
In addition, the Youth Union needs to promote its pioneering role in maintaining security and order, building a civilized lifestyle, raising traffic awareness, and beautifying the landscape and living environment, thereby contributing to forming the image of a green, clean, and modern Lam Dong.
Affirming his belief in the young generation, comrade Ho Van Muoi hopes that the pioneering spirit of the union members and youth will be an important driving force to build a strong and sustainable Lam Dong in the future.
