Checking facilities and offices in My Thoi ward (new) and Binh Duc ward (new)
People come to handle administrative procedures at new wards
At the destinations, the working delegation surveyed and examined the current status of the facilities of the headquarters; reviewed and planned the working places for the leaders of the Ward People's Committee (after the merger), departments, offices, archives, public administration centers, etc. and ensured the facilities to meet the requirements for the new ward to operate effectively.
Through the inspection, Chairman of Long Xuyen City People's Committee Tran Minh Duc acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts and endeavors of the localities in the implementation, and at the same time requested the leaders of the People's Committees of the localities to coordinate with specialized departments and divisions to temporarily repair the facilities, ensure operating conditions when organizing a 2-level government, ensure conditions for telecommunications infrastructure, smooth network connection, no work interruption, arrange staff to operate the new apparatus as soon as it comes into operation, renovate the public administrative service centers to be spacious, clean, and beautiful, in line with the administrative reform process. Accordingly, the locations and scope of receiving and returning results of administrative procedures at the new administrative units are as follows:
Long Xuyen Ward (new), at the headquarters of the Long Xuyen Ward Reception and Result Delivery Department (No. 98, Tran Quang Dieu Street, My Hoa Ward, Long Xuyen City); receiving and returning results of administrative procedure settlement under the authority of Long Xuyen City People's Committee and commune-level People's Committees for organizations, individuals, and enterprises in the old wards (My Binh, My Long, My Xuyen, My Phuoc, My Quy and My Hoa).
Binh Duc Ward (new), at the headquarters of Binh Khanh Ward Transport Block (No. 98, Ham Nghi Street, Binh Khanh Ward, Long Xuyen City); receive and return results of administrative procedure settlement under the authority of the People's Committee at the commune level according to regulations for organizations, individuals, and enterprises in the old wards and communes (Binh Duc, Binh Khanh and My Khanh).
My Thoi Ward (new), at the headquarters of My Thoi Ward People's Committee (No. 162, Tran Quang Khai Street, My Thoi Ward, Long Xuyen City); receive and return results of administrative procedure settlement under the authority of the Commune-level People's Committee according to regulations for organizations, individuals, and enterprises in the old ward (My Thanh and My Thoi).
My Hoa Hung Commune (new) at the headquarters of My Hoa Hung Commune People's Committee (Group 3, My Long 1 Hamlet, My Hoa Hung Commune, Long Xuyen City); receive and return results of administrative procedure settlement under the settlement authority of the Commune People's Committee according to regulations for organizations, individuals, and enterprises in My Hoa Hung Commune.
