Creating a breakthrough in promoting learning and talent from the grassroots

In the period of 2021 - 2022, due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, many businesses encountered difficulties, leading to limited resource mobilization. Continuing to organize training and coaching to improve fund management capacity for association officials at all levels.
