At the same time, proactively use the assigned budget to promptly pay policies and regimes for cadres in implementing organizational restructuring. In case of lack of funds, proactively prepare a budget and send it to the Department of Finance for synthesis and reporting to competent authorities for consideration and supplementary funding for implementation according to regulations.
