As one of the units implementing digital transformation quite effectively in the locality, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Krong Nang commune has proactively innovated propaganda methods, combining visuals with digital platforms, taking advantage of Zalo channels, fanpages to post news, articles, reports and infographics, focusing on campaigns, patriotic emulation movements, creative models and orienting public opinion in the face of newly arising issues.
In addition, the unit also gradually digitizes the operation and management process by applying online forms to help shorten the time to synthesize data from the facility, reduce errors in data entry, and improve transparency and timeliness in reporting.
Payment of benefits through accounts also creates convenience and safety, especially for policy beneficiaries in remote areas. These changes contribute to modernizing the work process, creating a platform for the government and people to access the digital society, in line with the province's general digital transformation orientation.
Mr. Y Ro Ya Nie, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Krong Nang commune emphasized: “Digital transformation plays an important role in modernizing operations and improving the efficiency of the Front's work, especially in the initial stages of implementing the two-level local government model. At this time, units need to have many channels to bring accurate information to the people as well as promptly handle problems arising at the grassroots level, contributing to promoting the strength of great national unity in the new situation”.

In order to create a vibrant competitive atmosphere, mobilize and encourage union members and workers to actively work creatively, research, study, contribute ideas, propose initiatives and solutions to apply science and technology to improve labor productivity, efficiency, and quality of work, meeting new requirements in the period of industrial revolution 4.0, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor has issued a Plan to implement the movements "The whole country competes in innovation and digital transformation" and "Digital education for the masses" in the provincial trade union system.
Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor Nguyen Ngoc Huyen said: “One of the most obvious changes that digital transformation has brought to the union is the ability to improve communication. Previously, communication between the union and workers mainly took place through face-to-face meetings or issuing paper notices, which was time-consuming and ineffective. However, with the support of online tools such as email, mobile applications and social networks, the union can quickly convey information to thousands of workers in a short time. This not only helps increase transparency in union decisions, but also encourages workers to participate in activities, discussions, and voting in a more convenient and faster way.”
As a vanguard force, pioneering in building and implementing the Youth Union's action movements, associated with digital transformation, the province's youth have actively brought technology into practice. In particular, grasping new media trends, many Youth Union organizations have built Facebook fanpages, Zalo OA, TikTok channels to promote youth activities and movements. Short clips, infographics, livestreams have been effectively used to attract young people to participate in volunteer campaigns, start-up movements and online competitions.
Promoting the implementation of the "Digital Literacy for All" movement, grassroots organizations of the province have also established volunteer teams with the goal of helping people, especially the elderly, ethnic minorities and people in remote areas, access and use basic digital technology .
This activity became even more exciting when the two-tier local government model was implemented. Young people acted as “technology teachers”, directly guiding each operation, from how to use smartphones, install the VNeID application, to accessing the online public service portal and making cashless payments, contributing to forming basic digital skills in the community.
Digital transformation is becoming an irreversible trend in all areas of life. One of the major challenges for the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio -political organizations today is adapting to changes in technology and skill requirements.
Therefore, heads of units need to innovate their thinking, leadership and management methods, and operating and management models from "traditional" to digital space based on digital data. At the same time, there needs to be more investment in developing infrastructure for science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation in units, especially digital infrastructure and digital technology based on the principles of "modernity, synchronization, security, safety, efficiency, and avoiding waste".
In recent times, the non-document conferences, fanpages, and websites that continuously update documents, guidelines, policies, and laws of the Party and State have been effectively implemented by the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels in the province. Along with that, units have also begun to apply technology to their work, including the effective support of artificial intelligence (AI).
For example, the Youth Union organizations have deployed technology applications in managing union members, using online meeting software, electronic document systems, contributing to modernizing the working process. The models of "Digital Union Handbook", "Online Union Member Management", or social network applications to promote volunteer movements, support people... have clearly demonstrated effectiveness.

Or the fact that the staff and experts of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at all levels have proactively learned and applied AI to their work such as planning, automating data entry, searching for information, creating reports and designing presentations... Thanks to that, many administrative operations have been shortened, helping staff focus more on key tasks.
Assessing the effectiveness of digital transformation, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Y Giang Gry Nie Knong province said that in recent times, the application of information technology and promotion of propaganda on digital platforms have brought many innovations and creativity to the activities of the Front at all levels and socio-political organizations. Units have maintained and effectively operated social networking sites, provided official information sources, promptly oriented public opinion, contributed to the fight against and refuted false and hostile information, and created ideological unity among the people. Many localities have invested in technology for online meetings, live streaming of activities, and at the same time promoted images, agricultural products and local products, thereby improving the effectiveness of propaganda and connecting the community.
