According to Mr. Vi - manager of circus artist Quoc Nghiep, the clip in which Quoc Co and Quoc Nghiep performed while riding a motorbike was to advertise a motorbike company.
He said: " It's an advertising clip, so any issues related to this will be answered by the business that owns the clip. We don't have an answer for this matter."
The controversial advertising video shows Quoc Co - Quoc Nghiep not wearing helmets, performing circus acts on a motorbike.
Previously, electric motorbike company Dat Bike released a promotional clip for the new product line Quantum with the participation of two circus artists Quoc Co - Quoc Nghiep.
In the clip, two circus artists ride a motorbike without helmets and perform a head-on-head stunt. In the clip, the car company said that the dangerous act was performed safely thanks to the Dat Bike Quantum's cruise control feature.
