Attending the festival were Mr. Bui Dinh Long - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of the Department of Home Affairs, Department ofEducation & Training, Nghi Loc District People's Committee, representatives of 15 enterprises in WHA IZ Industrial Park, and a large number of workers attending the ceremony.

The job fair is an activity within the plan to implement Directive 33-CT/TU dated January 8, 2025, Project No. 40-DA/TU dated January 2, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee "on strengthening the Party's leadership in connecting labor supply and demand, solving employment, attracting labor for domestic enterprises, FDI enterprises in Nghe An province, period 2025-2030" and the policy of the Provincial People's Committee.

The job fair was attended by 15 enterprises from WHA IZ Nghe An Industrial Park, with a recruitment need of up to 12,000 jobs, including both unskilled and trained workers.

Speaking at the Job Fair, Mr. Le Tien Tri - Head of the Southeast Economic Zone Management Board said: The Job Fair is one of the very important and practical connection programs, opening up many job opportunities for workers who are looking for jobs in traditional and new generation production fields right in their homeland Nghe An.
This is also an opportunity for workers working far away to grasp and learn directly about the working environment in their hometown, thereby having more choices of suitable positions and jobs, helping workers "leave the farm, never leave the homeland".
Besides, the event is a very practical activity, helping students get useful information to orient their "job - vocational training" in the future.

Speaking at the Festival, Mr. Bui Dinh Long - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee suggested: The Management Board and departments and branches need to do a good job of propaganda before, during and after the Job Fair to create attraction, spread widely, closely and specifically to the people. There should be regulations for long-term coordination and cooperation from career orientation, education streaming, vocational training and job placement for the province's children after graduation. Especially for professions with high demand in Nghe An such as electricity, electronics, automation, information technology; associated with foreign language skills, seriousness and discipline.

Comrade Bui Dinh Long also emphasized that investors and businesses need to proactively have reasonable and effective plans and regularly pay attention to improving salaries, actual incomes, welfare regimes, and working environment so that employees can stay long-term and truly consider the business, factory, and enterprise as "their second happy home".
