23 year old girl in Thanh Mien was hit and killed by a motorbike

On the morning of February 1 (the 4th day of the Lunar New Year), a girl who was seriously injured in a traffic accident between two motorbikes that occurred at 6:10 p.m. on January 31 on Provincial Road 392B in Thanh Mien town tragically died at home.

The victim is Ms. D.TH, born in 2002 in Bat Nao area, Thanh Mien town.

At 6:10 p.m. on January 31, 2025 (the third day of the Lunar New Year), Mr. D.QC, born in 2002 in Tu Cuong commune (Thanh Mien), was riding a motorbike on provincial road 392B in the direction from Bat Nao area to Neo intersection, behind the motorbike was Ms. D.TH, born in 2002 in Bat Nao area. When reaching km 2+800 of provincial road 392B, in Thanh Mien town, he was suddenly hit by a motorbike without a license plate driven by Mr. Ngo Dinh H. (born in 2008 in Trieu Duong village) going in the direction of Neo intersection to Thanh Mien town People's Committee, behind the motorbike was Mr. Nguyen Dang H. (born in 2007 in An Duong village, both in Chi Lang Nam commune, Thanh Mien).

The accident injured Mr. H., Mr. C., and Ms. H. and they were taken to Hai Duong General Hospital for emergency treatment. Ms. H. later passed away at home at 8:15 a.m. on February 1.

The initial preliminary cause was that Mr. H. was driving without paying attention and did not reduce speed when approaching the intersection.
