Zoalise Jansen van Rensburg from South Africa is currently one of the prominent faces at Miss World 2025 taking place in India.

At 19, Zoalise is a law student and active social activist.
Zoalise took up the position of digital marketing manager for Scuderia Ferrari South Africa at the age of 18. “I started the job without any qualifications or experience but always worked hard to meet expectations,” she shared.

Zoalise was the first runner-up of Miss World South Africa 2023 and won the highest title when she returned to the competition after 1 year. She conquered the judges with the project "It's never too late to speak up" - a digital platform to enhance the voices of young people globally.
The project was born after a visit to an orphanage where Zoalise witnessed the plight of many children. From there, she began her journey to support children by providing legal advice, mental health screenings, building safe learning spaces and raising fundsfor education .

Another outstanding initiative of Zoalise is Mi-Desk - a mobile study table made from recycled materials, helping children in remote areas have better learning conditions.
Zoalise is also the author of the children's book "Only a World Away", which combines personal storytelling with exercises to help children develop reading and writing skills.
“For me, this is more than just a charity. These orphanages are families and I believe every child deserves a safe place to learn and dream,” Zoalise said.
Zoalise studied fully online under the Cambridge education system from grade 10 until graduating in 2023. She is currently a speaker at many events on children's rights and human rights .

Besides social activities, Zoalise is passionate about singing, writing and traveling.

Sharing about her goal in the competition, Zoalise said: “I believe I have enough qualities to bring home the 4th crown for South Africa. That is my biggest ambition.”
