Zoalise Jansen van Rensburg from South Africa is currently one of the prominent contestants at Miss World 2025, which will take place in India.

At age 19, Zoalise was a law student and an active social activist.
Zoalise became the digital marketing director of Scuderia Ferrari South Africa at the young age of 18. “I started without a degree or experience, but I always strived to meet expectations,” she shared.

Zoalise was the first runner-up in Miss World South Africa 2023 and won the top prize upon her return to the competition after a year. She impressed the judges with her project "It's Never Too Late to Speak Up" - a digital platform that empowers the voices of young people globally.
The project was born after Zoalise visited an orphanage, where she witnessed the deprived circumstances of many children. From there, she began her journey of supporting children by providing legal advice, mental health check-ups, building safe learning spaces, and fundraising for education .

Another notable initiative by Zoalise is Mi-Desk – a mobile study desk made from recycled materials, helping children in remote areas have better learning conditions.
Zoalise is also the author of the children's book "Only a World Away," which combines personal storytelling with exercises to help children develop reading and writing skills.
“For me, this is more than just volunteering. These children’s homes are family, and I believe every child deserves a safe place to learn and dream,” Zoalise said.
Zoalise studied entirely online under the Cambridge education system from grade 10 until her graduation in 2023. She is currently a speaker at numerous events on children's rights and human rights .
